USA Beer Runs

Find the best beer-fueled competitive running events.

Get fitfaced!

Running a 40K while pounding a 40 oz. doesn't sound like a good time.

But fun runs that combine a leisurely (but not easy) distance with a moderate (but not teetotaling) level of imbibing? Sign us up!

Want to join the fun? Here's where you can hop to it:

The Northeast
We love the Brooklyn Brewery Run, but New Englanders get the entire Will Run For Beer race series. All the events take place in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, range from 5K to 10K and are supported by a local suds factory. Feeling thirsty?
Will Run For Beer; Jan 1 through Jun 3

The Southwest
The Beerathalon is strictly for the serious swiller. It sounds simple enough: take a 3.5-mile tour of Tempe, Arizona and finish five beers during the run, not after. That's the beercore dedication we admire.
Beerathalon; Jan 21

The Midwest
The 14K Brewery Run in Cincinnati, Ohio has quite the kicker to their race: not only does it end with Gold Star Chili and Hudepohl beer, it just so happens to coincide with Oktoberfest Zinzinnati — the city's yearly celebration of Earth's friendliest people, the Germans!
14K Brewery Run; Sep. 22
