Crossfit Home Workout

Extreme fitness without the gym

You can do Crossfit in house. You can do Crossfit with a mouse.

Just like fashion and food, fitness goes through fads.

Gone are the days of beefcakes pumping iron. Now it's about getting lean and mean through high-intensity, short duration, gravity-based workouts that test your entire body.

Nothing embodies this ethos better than Crossfit, a fitness regimen so intense it's been embraced by everyone from militaries to Pukey the Crossfit Clown.

Here are a few Crossfit exercises you can do in your home, no army training (or equipment) necessary.

Workout One
Do five rounds of:
- 15 Back Extensions
- 10 Tuck Jumps
Rest no more than 30 seconds between exercises and one minute between rounds! Your abs will thank us.

Workout Two
Do four rounds of:
- 15 burpees
- 25 squats
- 35 situps
Try to rest as little as possible between exercises and no more than a minute between rounds. Finished? Congratulations, your body is now stronger than 1,000 dinosaurs.
