While, yes, it is possible to draw and run at the same time (as the New York Times Christoph Niemann proved during last year's New York City Marathon), it probably isn't very fun.
But FigureRunning turns a multitasking nightmare into a good time by transforming your person into a pencil.
Next time you want to pound the pavement, just fire up your GPS enabled smartphone and the FigureRunning app. Then head to your start location, pick a color you want to highlight your artistry and start running.
The app will outline your run against a map in whatever shade you choose. Switch colors while you're running or go "invisible" until you reach a point where you want to begin painting again.
Once your masterpiece (and run) is finished, upload or share it instantly on Facebook or Twitter.
Weirdly, all our drawings are straight lines to and from the novelty adult bookstore on the corner (we're not sharing those)!
