Online Yoga Classes
Dirty Yoga brings sun salutations to you
Yoga: improves strength, flexibility and state of mind.
Yoga studios: often filled with the kinds of people who don't wear socks. Ever.
Love yoga but hate the studio? Dirty Yoga is the answer.
Self-proclaimed "manufacturers of fine online yoga," the start-up seeks to provide customers with easy-access yoga.
For a low price ($20 per month), customers can engage in quick, challenging yoga sessions whenever and wherever they want. All you need is Andrew Jackson’s face and an Internet connection.
Upon joining Dirty Yoga’s growing client list, you'll be given weekly access to three 35-minute yoga sessions as well as "quickies" — brief, efficient workouts that focus on stretching or core strength.
Not sure if you want to make the commitment? Dirty Yoga is also available on a week-by-week basis.
Soon they'll be launching Heavy Yoga. Details are scarce, but we're hoping it's for fat dudes who write email newsletters all day!
